- Arrival time is 15 MINUTES PRIOR to game start time, if you arrive late, your booking will be subject to a reschedule or a reduction in allotted time.

- All times for all rooms are PUBLIC. If your group number is less than the room’s maximum capacity, it is possible that other guest may book the same time.

- If you wish to have a PRIVATE escape room, we do offer the option to book a Private Room with scaled per person pricing.

- Upon payment with a credit/debit card, a PHOTO ID upload will be REQUIRED for room entry.

- Any participant aged 15 and younger MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.

- We request that the PAYING INDIVIDUAL arrive on site for the booking, regardless of whether they will be participating.

- In the event your group needs to reschedule, we ask for a 24 hour notice. If request is made within 24 hrs of booking, a $20 fee will be applied. If you miss your booking without giving any notice, your booking will not be eligible for a reschedule.
